Critical Illness: LifeStyle Protector
Wouldn't a check be better than a get well card? Our critical illness plans will pay you a percentage of the term life insurance benefit upon the diagnosis of a specified critical illness.

LifeStyle Protector, a 10 Year Renewable and Convertible Level Term Life Insurance (renewable to age 70 and convertible to age 65) with a Critical Condition Accelerated Benefit Rider* can assist with uncovered costs associated with a critical illness such as lost wages, deductibles, second opinions and many other expenses.

Issue Ages:
18-64 (current age)

Issue Limits:
Maximum Face amount $250,000. Simplified underwriting up to $100,000 for ages 45 and under, $75,000 from age 46 to age 55 and $50,000 age 56 to 64.

Short Form Application:
Issuance of policy may depend on answers to health questions on application.

Minimum Premium / Billing Type:
$20.00 monthly Bank Draft (electronic funds transfer).
$5.00 weekly deduction for Payroll Deduction.
$10.00 biweekly for Federal Allotment.

Critical Condition Benefit Rider*:
The Critical Condition Benefit Rider pays full or partial policy face amounts as a living benefit when the insured is diagnosed with a covered critical condition.

Total benefits will not exceed the policy Face Amount. A partial benefit as described in the policy will reduce the Face Amount of the policy by the amount paid and will reduce future benefits. Premiums will be adjusted to reflect the reduction.
