If you're like most American workers, your financial security, and your family's, depends on your paycheck. Accidents, unfortunately, happen everyday - both on and off the job. Our Accident-Only Disability Insurance Policy, Paycheck Protection Plus, is designed to offer families financial security in unforeseen times of need.
Issue Ages:
18-60 (nearest birthday)
Issue Limits:
Policies can be issued in one, two or three units depending on your state. Benefits for on-the-job injuries are reduced. Family coverage is available for other than disability benefits. Some occupations excluded.
Short Form Application:
No medical exam. (Issuance of policy may depend on answers to health questions on the application.)
Minimum Premium / Billing Type:
Policy may be sold as payroll deduction, bank draft or federal allotment.
Benefits:
Policy provides coverage for total disability, hospitalization, accident medical treatment and accidental death and dismemberment. On-the-job benefits for disability and hospitalization are 1/2 of the off-the-job benefits. Medical benefits are only available for off-the-job injuries.
Renewal:
Guaranteed renewable to age 65.
