Modified Whole Life Insurance with a Flexible Annuity Rider. A portion of the 2nd year premiums will be allocated to the annuity rider or to a Flexible Premium Deferred Annuity.
Issue Ages:
0-64 (nearest birthday)
Issue Limits:
Simplified underwriting up to $100,000; paramedical exam required to $150,000.
Short Form Application:
Issuance of the policy may depend on answers to health questions on application.
Minimum Premium / Billing Type:
$20.00 monthly Bank Draft (electronic fund transfer).
$3.00 weekly deduction for Payroll Deduction ($2.00 for children 0-17).
$10.00 biweekly for Federal Allotment.
Ten Year Option:
After 10 years all premium may be applied to the annuity and the policy continued under the reduced paid-up provisions.
